MANAGE YOUR STRESS

If you are struggling to manage stress in your personal or professional life, or if you have just returned to work after being on stress leave and are looking for support, we encourage you to learn more about our Stress Management and Wellbeing Program. Get tools to cope with difficult situations and teach yourself to become your own stress manager. The program is based on methods developed by renowned psychotherapists, neurologists, and scientists in England, Denmark and Finland, and is divided into 5 focused sessions, varying in intensity.

1. COPING WITH STRESS

This initial session will help you balance pressure and stress, recognize how stress is created and explore helpful vs. non-helpful emotions.

2. TAKE TRAUMA OUT OF A CRISIS

This is our most intense session and will enable you to change stress-inducing and goal-blocking perceptions, attitudes, rules, and beliefs, improve confidence, and deal with anger. It will also teach you techniques for modifying your thoughts so you can increase performance, improve interpersonal and time management skills, better utilize networks, become more assertive, and overcome procrastination.

3. BUILD YOUR RESISTANCE TO STRESS

This session focuses on Wellbeing and will help you to manage stress through physical health interventions including exercise, nutrition, and relaxation techniques.

Note: This extended session includes vibration therapy suitable for overcoming stress.

4. MOVE FROM PROBLEMS TO SOLUTIONS

This session concentrates on systematic problem solving so you can move smoothly from problems to stress management solutions. You will assess if you are a “stress carrier”, and prepare an Action Plan so you can become a successful Stress Manager.

5. MANAGING WORK-RELATED STRESS

This stand alone session is designed specifically to deep dive into the many challenges of managing stress in the workplace. You will assess your own work-related stress and learn to take proactive action to prevent or cope with stress in your workplace.
